Description:
The 360 Recruiter manages the entire recruitment process, from acquiring clients to placing candidates. This includes building strong relationships, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Success in this role requires motivation, results-driven focus, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Management:
- Identify potential clients and secure new business opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and understand hiring needs.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure terms of business are in place.
Candidate Sourcing & Management:
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Inform and prepare candidates for client interviews.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Oversee recruitment from job brief to placement.
- Schedule and coordinate client-candidate interactions.
- Provide feedback and handle negotiations or counteroffers.
Market Research & Networking:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor insights.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and offer market intelligence.
- Attend events and build a professional network.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all activities align with legal requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with recruitment tools and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record as a 360 Recruiter or similar role.
