Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage accounting and financial operations.
* Prepare and review financial reports and statements.
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
* Monitor accounting processes and financial performance.
* Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi accounting and financial standards.
* Lead and develop the accounting team.
* Improve financial controls, reporting efficiency, and operational performance.

Requirements

* Previous experience in Hospitality, Hotels, or Hajj & Umrah sectors is highly preferred.
* Strong experience in accounting and financial operations.
* Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
* Strong knowledge of accounting and financial systems applicable in Saudi Arabia.
* Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Strong attention to accuracy, compliance, and deadlines.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
