Accounts Receivable Manager

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
8–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in healthcare
Minimum 3 years of team management experience
Extensive experience managing insurance, corporate, and patient receivables
Strong knowledge of payer settlements, reconciliation, and collection procedures
Experience in AR aging analysis, provisions, cash application, and month-end closing
Strong understanding of IFRS and financial controls
Experience with ERP/HIS integration and multi-branch healthcare operations
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
Proficiency in English; Arabic is highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query
- Familiarity with Saudi healthcare insurance payers and NPHIES
- CMA certification or an IFRS Diploma is an advantage
