AI Solution Architect

Description:

We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect – Industrial AI to design and deliver AI/ML solutions for complex industrial and refinery use cases.

🔹 Key Skills Required

Strong experience in AI/ML solution architecture, Machine Learning & Deep Learning
Experience handling large-scale numerical, categorical, time-series, image & video data
Extensive Python programming experience
Optimization techniques including Genetic Algorithms, Linear & Quadratic Programming
Strong knowledge of data collection, EDA, data cleansing, feature engineering, feature selection & model validation
Experience with MLOps and deployment on Azure / AWS
Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, RAG, GenAI & AI Agents
Knowledge of ML algorithms including Decision Trees, Clustering, SVM, ANN, LSTM, CNN & YOLO
Experience with model monitoring, versioning, retraining, drift detection & explainability
Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Asset Monitoring or Process Industries is highly preferred
Exposure to Knowledge Graphs, Hybrid Physics-ML Modelling & Responsible AI is a plus

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI/ML solutions for process deviation detection, equipment performance, predictive analytics, yield estimation and optimization
Collaborate with Refinery Process SMEs to translate engineering logic and operational scenarios into AI models
Lead data exploration, feature engineering, model training, validation and tuning
Design real-time/on-demand AI workflows integrated with alerts, dashboards, reports and recommendation services
Establish MLOps, model monitoring, versioning, retraining and drift detection practices
Support UAT, production stabilization and technical documentation
