Description:

The candidate should be Diploma or ITI with minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in oversee and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in aluminum fabrication processes. He should have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in aluminum fabrication techniques, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. He will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and within budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of aluminum fabrication workers, including welders, fabricators, and assemblers.
• Provide guidance and instruction to workers on proper fabrication techniques and procedures.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to project requirements.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies required for aluminum fabrication projects.
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
