Application Support Specialist

Description:

In this role, you will play a key part in the effective and timely support of products by applying your application expertise across product support, requirements scoping, field design documentation, and change request testing; focused around RCM and Billings

• Deliver prompt responses to customer inquiries in line with service standards, offering support to the existing customer base.
• Liaise with customers in order to understand the work processes and requirements.
• Provide application support for the HMS.
• Provide training, product demonstrations and workshops.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experiece working with Health Informatics Systems, specifically RCM/PAS/Billing solutions.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing product solutions, with a strong understanding of Hospital Information Systems.
• Proven ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for software product implementation.
• Ability to participate on on-site implementation where required
• Understanding of the importance of Health Informatics standards, reporting requirements and legislative controls
