Application Support Specialist

Key Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in HIS / EMR systems
• Strong hands-on experience with InterSystems TrakCare – Mandatory
• Experience with ADT, Billing, Pharmacy, Orders & clinical workflows
• Knowledge of HL7 / FHIR / APIs
• Experience with NPHIES workflows
• Knowledge of ZATCA RCM processes
• Experience with HIS integrations – LIS, RIS, PACS, ERP & NPHIES
• SQL / Database knowledge
• Windows OS & networking fundamentals
• Arabic & English fluency – Mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics or related field
