Architect / Interior Designer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction projects from inception to handover
• Ensure architectural drawings are correctly implemented on-site
• Manage interior design, finishing and execution works
• Supervise contractors and monitor productivity
• Monitor quality, materials, quantities and project costs
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and suppliers
• Identify and resolve construction issues on-site
• Prepare progress, quality and cost reports
• Control material wastage and ensure proper utilization
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and engineering standards

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

✅ Strong hands-on construction site experience
✅ Excellent contractor and project management skills
✅ Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications
✅ Knowledge of quantity surveying and project documentation
✅ Proficiency in relevant design/project management software
✅ Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
✅ PMP or equivalent is an advantage
