Duties & Requirements:
10 to 12 years of professional experience in architectural engineering
Strong experience in residential tower construction and site supervision
Proven ability in quantity take-offs, BOQs, and dealing with subcontractors
Preparation of monthly progress payments, technical and administrative reports
Coordination between architectural drawings and on-site execution
Solid knowledge of technical specifications and quality standards
