Assistant Sales Manager

Description:

We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Assistant Sales Manager with solid experience in selling technical or construction-related products to government entities and mega infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will handle key accounts such as NEOM, Red Sea, Aramco, and similar high-value clients, with full ownership of technical bids, pricing, and client relationship management.
✅ Key Highlights:
• Sell high-security fencing solutions (barriers, mesh, anti-climb) to NEOM, Qiddiya, Red Sea, etc.
• Target government entities: MOMRA, MOD, SEC, Aramco, and giga-project developers.
• Manage technical proposals, bid submissions, and compliance docs (Arabic & English).
• Leverage strong connections with consultants, PMCs, and major contractors.
• Experience using Etimad and SAP Ariba for tendering processes.
• Strong negotiation skills, pricing management, and closing of $5M+ deals.
• Must be willing to travel frequently across Saudi Arabia (50%+).
• Fluent in Arabic Is Must and English.
