Assistant Systems Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Systems Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT support or systems administration, with knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Windows infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Saudi Nationality
•⁠ ⁠Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
•⁠ ⁠Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Active Directory
•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID
•⁠ ⁠Experience with device management, application deployment, patching, and troubleshooting
•⁠ ⁠Understanding of backups, networking, and infrastructure support
•⁠ ⁠Ability to provide L1/L2 technical support to end users
•⁠ ⁠Good communication and problem-solving skills
