Authority Engineer

Description:

Key Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
✔ Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Membership.
✔ 3–5 years of experience in engineering consultancy, preferably in Building Permits and Drawing Approvals.
✔ Hands-on experience with the Balady Platform and building permit procedures.
✔ Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and municipal regulations.
✔ Candidates who meet the requirements for Authority Engineer accreditation by Jeddah Municipality will have a strong advantage.
✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
