Authority & Permitting Engineer

Requirements:
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
▪️ Minimum 5 years of experience in authority coordination, permitting, NOCs, and regulatory approvals.
▪️ Strong knowledge of KSA and Jeddah authority requirements, building regulations, and approval procedures.
▪️ Experience coordinating with municipalities, Civil Defense, utility providers, and other government authorities.
▪️ Ability to prepare, submit, track, and obtain permits, NOCs, licenses, and authority approvals.
▪️ Experience reviewing technical documents and coordinating authority comments with multidisciplinary design teams.
▪️ Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination skills.
▪️ Saudi national candidates with strong experience in the KSA market are highly preferred.
