Description:
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Prepare and bake bread, rolls, pastries, and other baked items according to recipes and production schedules.
Measure, mix, and proof doughs, ensuring consistency and quality.
Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers safely and efficiently.
Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve perfect results.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas.
Manage inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages or equipment issues.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards (As per the Saudi rules and regulations).
Assist in developing new recipes or improving existing products.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and pastry teams to meet daily production goals.
