Key Responsibilities:
Framework Implementation & Development:
Support the implementation of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework across the organization.
Continuously develop and enhance the BCM framework in line with industry best practices.

Business Continuity & Crisis Management:
Provide expertise in business continuity, crisis management, and BCMS automation activities.
Assist in establishing and implementing recovery operations to ensure limited or partial functionality during disruptions.

Business Impact Analysis (BIA) & Threat Risk Assessment (TRA):
Enhance and support BIA/TRA and other BCM exercises as per the BCM framework.
Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data protection and restoration practices.

Recovery Planning & Strategy:
Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-level business continuity strategies and recovery plans.
Plan critical systems recovery activities and identify responsibilities for contingency planning.

Risk Identification & Mitigation:
Identify trends, patterns, and warning signs of threats to people, assets, information, and infrastructure using corporate intelligence data.
Evaluate simulation exercise performance, recommend improvements, and manage risks.

Knowledge Transfer & Stakeholder Support:
Transfer knowledge and raise awareness among the BCM team and relevant stakeholders.
Provide ongoing ad-hoc support to stakeholders as needed.

GRC/BCM Integration:
Support activities related to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and BCM.

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience:
5–10 years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM).
Proven experience in disaster recovery, particularly technology disaster recovery.

Language Skills:

Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Key Deliverables:
Enhanced BCM framework and implementation programs.

Updated Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Threat Risk Assessment (TRA) reports.

Comprehensive business recovery plans and strategies.
