 Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking highly experienced BIM Engineers across various disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and ICT) to support the delivery of large-scale, multidisciplinary projects. The role requires advanced BIM modeling, coordination, and documentation skills, with a focus on design integration, clash resolution, and construction support. Prior experience with contracting companies is highly preferred. Knowledge of 4D, 5D BIM and GIS integration will be considered an advantage.
 Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or ICT/ELV-related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a BIM-focused role.
Experience with contracting companies is essential (especially in shop drawings, construction coordination, and site-based updates).
Strong knowledge of BIM delivery processes in design and construction environments.
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
