🔧 Job Responsibilities
Perform Testing, Commissioning, and Integration of BMS (Building Management System) solutions, with a strong focus on JCI (Johnson Controls International) brand systems.
Configure, calibrate, and test controllers, field devices, and supervisory systems.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and optimize system performance.
Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, and ELV teams for smooth project delivery.
Prepare commissioning reports, documentation, and system handover packages.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.

🎓 Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
3–4 years proven experience in BMS Testing & Commissioning.
Hands-on experience with JCI Metasys / JCI controllers is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and networking fundamentals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
