Branch / Regional Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪️ Lead & oversee pest control operations across multiple locations
▪️ Take ownership of P&L, budgets, profitability & operational performance
▪️ Drive sales, business development & revenue growth
▪️ Develop & maintain relationships with major clients and key stakeholders
▪️ Lead, motivate & develop large operational teams
▪️ Establish and monitor KPIs, service standards & performance targets
▪️ Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, HSE requirements & industry standards
▪️ Identify opportunities to expand the pest control business & market share
▪️ Prepare and present operational & financial reports to senior management
▪️ Drive continuous improvement, efficiency and service excellence

⭐ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
✔️ 15+ years' experience within Pest Control / Facilities Management
✔️ Minimum 5 years in a senior management / regional / branch leadership position
✔️ Strong P&L & commercial management experience
✔️ Proven success in sales, business development & client retention
✔️ Strong knowledge of pest control operations, service standards & regulations
✔️ Experience managing multiple branches / locations or large-scale operations
✔️ Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Commercially driven with a genuine business-growth mindset
✔️ Currently based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
