Foreground LLC is seeking a Vice President – Brand & Customer Experience to lead brand positioning, customer engagement, and loyalty transformation initiatives for a major consumer-focused organization in Saudi Arabia.
Full Role Description:
The Vice President will oversee all brand strategy, communications, customer experience, and engagement activities across digital and physical touchpoints. The role focuses on strengthening customer loyalty, enhancing brand differentiation, and ensuring consistent customer experiences throughout the organization.
The executive will collaborate with marketing, operations, and digital teams to improve customer satisfaction and embed customer-centric practices into business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise-wide brand strategy initiatives
• Oversee customer experience and engagement programs
• Develop loyalty and customer retention strategies
• Align brand messaging across all customer touchpoints
• Manage customer insights and market intelligence
• Lead communication and positioning campaigns
• Collaborate with digital and operations teams
• Develop CX measurement and reporting frameworks
• Drive customer-centric transformation initiatives
Requirements:
• Senior leadership experience in branding or customer experience
• Strong retail or consumer-sector marketing expertise
• Experience managing omnichannel customer journeys
• Executive-level communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior analytics
• Saudi Arabia market experience preferred
