Business Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong banking and financial services experience to support business requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process re-engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRDs)
✔️ Prepare business cases, user stories, and functional specifications
✔️ Manage communication between business and technical teams, supporting the Project Manager
✔️ Map current processes and lead business process re-engineering initiatives
✔️ Ensure a strong understanding of banking products, operations, and customer journeys
✔️ Work effectively within Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
✔️ Deliver clear, structured analysis, documentation, and communication
Candidate Profile:
✔️ 5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis within the banking or financial services industry
✔️ Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, business cases, and process maps
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
✔️ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
✔️ Proficiency in English communication is highly preferred
✔️ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project environments
✔️ PMI-PBA®, CBAP®, or equivalent certifications are a plus
