SAG TECH is a Saudi-based technology company specializing in digital transformation, enterprise systems, and FinTech solutions.
We’re looking for a highly skilled and professional Business Analyst to join our team and lead the analysis and documentation of a trading platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Conduct comprehensive business and system analysis for the trading platform.
2- Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and user stories.
3- Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications.
4- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, QA) to align business and technical goals.
5- Analyze and optimize process flows to ensure scalability and performance.
6- Support testing, validation, and user acceptance phases to ensure quality delivery.
7- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and project plans.
Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
2- Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis.
3- Proven experience in FinTech or financial technology projects.
4- Strong understanding of trading systems, financial workflows, and data integration.
5- Excellent analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.
6- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
7- Strong collaboration and communication skills with both business and technical teams.
8- Highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
