Description:

Key Responsibilities:
▸ Bridge the Gap: Translate complex stakeholder needs into structured requirements (BRDs, User Stories).
▸ Drive Efficiency: Conduct gap analysis and optimize business processes.
▸ Collaborate: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
▸ Analyze & Insight: Use SQL and data sets to produce actionable executive-level reports.
▸ End-to-End Ownership: Lead UAT planning, facilitate workshops, and maintain traceability.

🎯 What We Are Looking For:
▸ Experience: 2–4 years in business analysis within the tech/software sector.
▸ Technical Skills: Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.
▸ Market Knowledge: Prior experience in the Saudi Market (KSA) is highly preferred. 🇸🇦
▸ Methodology: Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum.
▸ Language: Excellent English (Arabic is a significant plus).
