Business Development Associate

Description:

We're a Riyadh-based tech startup building AI-powered solutions for 3PL warehousing and business automation. We're not new to the market, but our product is, so this is a chance to join at an exciting early stage. We're looking for motivated people to help introduce our product to companies in Riyadh, whether you're a current student, a fresh graduate, or looking for your next opportunity.
📌 What you'll do
- Research and identify companies that could benefit from our software
- Reach out to businesses via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Present our product and book demo meetings
- Follow up with interested clients and keep our pipeline organized
- Share customer feedback to help shape the product
- Occasionally attend client meetings or events in Riyadh
🎯 What we're looking for
- Native Arabic speaker, comfortable communicating in English
- Proactive and self-driven, able to take initiative and work independently
- Interest in sales, technology, or business (experience is a plus, not a must)
- Confident, organized, and comfortable talking to new people
- Flexible and open to occasional work outside regular hours, such as evening team meetings or client follow-ups
