Description:
We are seeking a proactive Change Management Coordinator to oversee and ensure compliance with Ericsson and customer project standards, focusing on change control, ticket resolution, and performance KPIs across internal teams and ASPs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage MDT, TCN, TMS, Trouble Tickets, and project-related KPIs
• Ensure smooth coordination between Ericsson departments and external stakeholders (STC, TAWAL, ASPs)
• Standardize workflows and provide operational templates for teams and ASPs
• Monitor and report TT resolutions to meet SLA and KPI commitments
• Conduct detailed analysis of MDTs, TTs, and TMS data for performance insights
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress and justification reports
• Drive customer satisfaction by aligning execution with Ericsson’s strategy and contract terms
• Supervise MDT/TCN/TMS project requesters and ensure timely activity closures
• Ensure timely approvals from TAWAL and escalate delays when needed
• Control and maintain all change-related documentation, including justifications, lessons learned, and unauthorized change cases
Your Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Communication, or Computer Engineering
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• 5+ years of relevant telecom experience, particularly in RAN and TRM
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
