Description:
We are looking for a Change Manager responsible for controlling and managing changes within telecom and IT infrastructure, ensuring all changes are implemented with minimal risk and impact to services while maintaining full compliance with change management processes and procedures.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all change management activities
• Chair CAB meetings and ensure change approvals and documentation are completed
• Ensure all changes follow standard procedures, WLAs, and WIs
• Coordinate with GNOC, Field, Engineering, PQM, and MSIP teams
• Monitor and control infrastructure and service changes to reduce risks and service disruptions
• Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and reporting of all changes
🧠Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or IT
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Telecom or IT environment
• ITIL certification is required
• Experience with tools such as BMC Remedy, OneTM, IPCM, USMS, ACUT is a plus
• Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skill
