-           Experience at least 5 years in luxury restaurants such as ( Babel, Em sharif, Alhalab, Burj alhmmam, Almunir, Abdulwahab and Almaias)
2.      International Head chef
-           Restaurant experience in Italian, American and Asian cousin.
3.      Sous chef
-           Restaurant experience in Italian & American cousin
4.      Central kitchen sous chef
-           Central kitchen experience in Italian, American, Asian and Arabian cousin
5.      Butcher chef
-           Experience in restaurant & hotels only.
6.      Head barista
-           Experience in specialty coffee only.
7.      Barista
-           Experience in specialty coffee only.
