Are you a creative and skilled Chef with a flair for finger foods, canapés, and gourmet mini dishes? We’re looking for a culinary professional with a strong background in 5-star hotels or premium catering, who is passionate about presentation, hygiene, and innovation.
👨🍳 Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a variety of finger foods, canapés, and gourmet mini items.
Innovate new dishes tailored for high-end clients and events.
Maintain top-tier quality in taste, presentation, and food safety.
Organize mise-en-place and lead large-scale catering production.
Collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth service delivery.
Strictly follow hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety protocols.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
Train and supervise junior staff when needed.
Contribute to menu planning, portion control, and waste reduction.
🎓 Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a 5-star hotel kitchen or luxury catering setup.
Expertise in cold kitchen and finger food presentation.
Strong eye for detail, clean personal hygiene, and well-groomed appearance.
Creative culinary mindset with knowledge of modern plating techniques.
Ability to thrive under pressure and handle high-volume events.
Basic English fluency (Arabic is a plus).
Must be physically fit, flexible, and ready for long shifts.
Immediate relocation to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia required.
