Chief Architect

Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Architect to own the end-to-end technical vision for our CCC platforms — from monitoring and observability to ITSM, automation, and analytics. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll:
🔹 Define the integrated architecture across enterprise monitoring & IT operations tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Grafana, Elastic Stack & more).
🔹 Drive large-scale architectural decisions aligned with business strategy & digital transformation goals.
🔹 Lead a talented team of architects and consultants to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
🔹 Collaborate directly with C-level stakeholders to translate technology into measurable business outcomes.

What we’re looking for:
✔ 15+ years in enterprise/solution architecture with proven leadership in large-scale transformation programs.
✔ Expertise in hybrid IT environments, command center/NOC/SOC architecture.
✔ Strong background in monitoring, observability, ITSM, cloud platforms & integration.
✔ TOGAF or equivalent certification preferred.
