Chief Commercial Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute the enterprise commercial strategy.
• Own revenue growth, pricing, strategic accounts, and commercial performance.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, acquisitions, and major business opportunities.
• Lead high-value negotiations and strategic commercial agreements.
• Develop relationships with government entities, investors, enterprise customers, and strategic partners.
• Drive margin improvement and commercial efficiency.
• Establish commercial KPIs, forecasting, pipeline governance, and accountability.
• Partner with the CEO and Board on major growth initiatives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 18+ years of progressive commercial leadership.
• Proven CCO, COMMERCIAL VP, COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR, MANAGING DIRECTOR, or equivalent experience.
• Strong GCC and international commercial experience.
• Excellent English communication and executive negotiation skills.
