Chief Engineer

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Marine Engineer, including 2 years as Chief Engineer on specialized crafts (ASD Tugs).
Relevant Certificate of Competency in accordance with STCW 95 and applicable national regulations.
Second Engineer COC with all relevant mandatory courses, as specified in the requirements.
All applicable STCW certificates and valid medical fitness certification in accordance with the stated requirements.
Minimum 2 years of documented experience in the same rank and on the same type of vessel.
Good English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking).
Experience with Wärtsilä and/or Caterpillar engines.
Electrical knowledge and ability to read electrical diagrams.
Must be proactive, self-reliant, analytical and capable of solving problems.
Computer literacy required.
