strategy, we are seeking a high caliber Chief Executive Officer (CEO)to
lead our organization into its next phase of transformation & market
leadership
Role Purpose
The CEO will be responsible for the overall
leadership, strategic direction, operational excellence & financial growth
of the company. This role will drive business expansion, restructure &
uplift all departments & maximize revenue & profitability.

Lead the full transformation & modernization of
the factory & its operations
Develop & execute strategic growth & expansion
plans
Increase revenue, profitability & market share
Oversee all
departments:Operations,Production,Sales,Finance,HR & Supply Chain
Implement performance driven culture & governance
frameworks
Drive efficiency, quality & continuous improvement
Strengthen market positioning locally & regionally
Establish strong partnerships & client
relationships
Candidate Profile
Nationality: Saudi preferred or any nationality
with strong Gulf market experience
Proven experience as a CEO, General Manager or
Managing Director
Background from aluminum factories, metal
fabrication, iron or stainless steel industries is highly preferred
Strong experience in restructuring, turnaround &
scaling businesses
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
Hands on leader with strong operational expertise
Experience in leading large teams & complex
manufacturing environments
