Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company’s overall business, strategic direction, and operational performance, driving sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide overall strategic and executive leadership and deliver the company’s business objectives.
• Develop and execute business strategies, growth plans, and operational priorities.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, operational performance, cost optimization, and business efficiency.
• Lead logistics and transportation operations, ensuring service excellence, efficiency, and compliance.
• Drive business development, revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, government entities, regulators, and strategic partners.
• Oversee major contracts, projects, and business activities across the logistics/transportation and water sectors.
• Represent the company at senior-level negotiations and engagements with major clients and government authorities.
• Lead the executive team and promote a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 10+ years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia.
• 5+ years in a CEO, GM, Managing Director, or equivalent executive leadership role, preferably in logistics/transportation.
• Proven track record managing large-scale operations, P&L, teams, and business performance.
• Strong experience in the Saudi logistics/transportation sector.
• Proven experience in the Saudi water sector and dealing with the National Water Company (NWC).
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, regulations, and government requirements.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
