Chief Executive Officer

Description:

A leading industrial manufacturing group is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide enterprise leadership across manufacturing operations, commercial growth, supply chain, capital investment, operational transformation, and long-term value creation.

Reporting directly to the Board, this executive will lead the organization's growth and industrial expansion strategy across Saudi Arabia and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's long-term corporate and industrial strategy.
• Lead P&L, manufacturing performance, capital allocation, and commercial growth.
• Oversee production, engineering, quality, maintenance, procurement, and supply chain operations.
• Drive automation, Industry 4.0, operational excellence, productivity, and cost optimization.
• Build strategic relationships with government entities, customers, suppliers, investors, and industry partners.
• Lead and develop the executive leadership team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related discipline.
• 25+ years of senior manufacturing, industrial, or engineering leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations with significant P&L responsibility.
• Strong expertise in operational excellence, industrial transformation, supply chain, capital investment, and commercial strategy.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC industrial experience is highly preferred.
