Key Responsibilities

* Define and execute the company’s strategic growth agenda.
* Lead overall business operations, P&L, and financial performance.
* Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
* Oversee key functions including Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and HR.
* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
* Strengthen brand positioning, customer experience, and operational standards.
* Build and lead a high-performing executive management team.
* Ensure regulatory, food safety, and governance compliance.

Candidate Profile

* Proven senior leadership experience within the F&B sector.
* Strong commercial, operational, and financial leadership capabilities.
* Demonstrated success in business growth, expansion, and profitability improvement.
* Strong understanding of the Saudi F&B market.
* Excellent strategic, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
* Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
