Chief Financial Officer

Description:

A major infrastructure organization is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, capital planning, project finance, investment decisions, performance management, and financial governance across a large infrastructure portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's financial strategy and long-term capital plan.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management.
• Lead project finance, capital allocation, treasury, and investment planning.
• Support major infrastructure investments, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
• Establish financial governance, risk, and control frameworks.
• Advise the CEO and Board on financial and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 18+ years of progressive finance and infrastructure leadership experience.
• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in project finance, capital allocation, treasury, and investment.
• Experience managing complex capital-intensive organizations.
• Saudi/GCC infrastructure experience strongly preferred.
