Key Requirements
• 15+ years in finance leadership, including 5+ years as CFO or equivalent
• Proven executive-level finance leadership (CFO or senior VP Finance)
• Strong track record in financial planning, M&A, or capital raising
• Deep governance, compliance, and board-reporting experience
• Ability to operate with complete discretion throughout the process
💼 Salary: SAR 80,000 – 160,000/month + benefits
