Define, lead, and execute the enterprise-wide HR strategy aligned with corporate vision and growth goals 📊
Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team 🤝
Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership pipelines, and succession strategies

🎯 Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a CHRO or Senior HR Executive at a C-suite or board-facing level
Strong expertise in strategic HR leadership, organizational design, and corporate governance
In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regional HR regulations
Exceptional leadership presence with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience within large, complex, or rapidly scaling organizations is highly preferred
