Key Responsibilities:

Develop long-term human capital strategy aligned with hospital expansion plans

Lead Saudization and workforce nationalization initiatives

Oversee executive succession planning and leadership pipeline programs

Implement performance management and competency frameworks

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and healthcare regulations

Advise CEO and Board on strategic workforce risks

Requirements:

18+ years progressive HR leadership experience

Large hospital or medical city background preferred

Strong experience in organizational design & transformation

Deep knowledge of GCC labor regulations
