We are partnering with a leading organization to recruit an experienced CHRO to lead people strategy, organizational development, talent management, and workforce transformation.

Indicative Salary Range: SAR 50,000–80,000 per month + executive benefits

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute enterprise-wide people and HR strategy.
• Lead talent acquisition,succession planning, and leadership development.
• Drive organizational transformation and workforce planning.
• Oversee compensation, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Advise the CEO and executive leadership on people-related priorities.

Ideal Candidate:
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Previous CHRO, HR Director, or senior HR leadership experience.
• Strong experience in organizational transformation.
• GCC or multinational corporate experience preferred.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
