We are partnering with a leading organization seeking an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead enterprise people strategy, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support long-term business growth across the GCC.

This senior executive role will be responsible for human capital strategy, workforce planning, executive succession, leadership development, organizational design, compensation strategy, employee engagement, talent management, and HR transformation.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, executive leadership, and business unit leaders to align workforce priorities with business objectives, strengthen leadership pipelines, improve employee experience, and build a high-performance organizational culture.
