Key Responsibilities

- Establish the Group-wide procurement strategy and operating model.
- Lead strategic sourcing, category management, tendering, and contract negotiations.
- Drive sustainable savings, supplier performance, and procurement value creation.
- Develop strategic partnerships with major regional and international suppliers.
- Lead procurement digitization, spend analytics, and automation initiatives.
- Establish procurement governance, compliance, risk, and performance standards.
- Support major capital projects and high-value strategic investments.
- Build and lead a sophisticated procurement organization across multiple business units.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; CIPS/MBA preferred.
- 18+ years of progressive procurement and supply-chain leadership.
- Proven CPO, Group CPO, Procurement Director, or equivalent executive experience.
- Strong GCC and multinational procurement experience involving complex spend portfolios.
- Excellent English communication, commercial negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
