Chief Transformation Officer (cto)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the Group's enterprise-wide transformation strategy and execution.

Partner with the CEO and Board to translate strategic priorities into major transformation programmes.

Identify opportunities to improve operating models, processes, technology, productivity, and organizational performance.

Lead large-scale restructuring, modernization, integration, and change-management initiatives.

Establish transformation KPIs, governance structures, milestones, and performance reporting.

Build organizational capability and develop leadership teams capable of sustaining transformation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

18–20+ years of professional experience, including substantial executive leadership experience.

Previous experience as a Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Transformation Director, COO, Managing Director, or equivalent executive.

Proven track record leading complex enterprise-wide transformation programmes.

Strong experience in organizational restructuring, operational excellence, digital transformation, or business modernization.

Excellent commercial, strategic, analytical, and financial capabilities.

Demonstrated experience working with CEOs, Boards, shareholders, and senior executive committees.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.

MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.

COMPENSATION

AED 105,000 – 145,000 per month + executive benefits and performance incentives
