Civil Site Engineer

Requirements:

▪️ Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
▪️ Valid professional registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
▪️ Knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant engineering software is preferred.
▪️ Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
▪️ Willingness to work on-site and follow up on daily construction activities.
▪️ Good reporting, coordination, and follow-up skills.
▪️ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle site challenges.
▪️ Ability to work under pressure and as part of a project team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

▪️ Monitor daily site activities and ensure execution according to the project schedule.
▪️ Review engineering drawings and specifications and identify potential issues or clashes.
▪️ Supervise site works and coordinate with contractors and execution teams.
▪️ Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
▪️ Inspect completed works and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
▪️ Follow up on required inspections and testing of works and materials.
▪️ Ensure compliance with HSE requirements on site.
▪️ Identify technical issues and assist in implementing appropriate solutions.
▪️ Follow up on technical comments and ensure their closure before work handover.
▪️ Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and planning teams to ensure smooth project execution.
