Description:
Job duties for the position of operations specialist:
- Track and analyze important reports, such as budgets and operational activities, for example, to identify areas where positive changes can be made.
- Determine customer needs by observing consumers, collecting surveys about their experience, and then analyzing their feedback to form an accurate perception of business goals.
- Develop new development plans with the aim of achieving harmony between effective business operations and customer satisfaction.
- Working as a link between all different departments to achieve the best results.
Skills needed for the job of operations specialist:
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel.
- Have strong analytical skills and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under a flexible schedule.
- Knowledge of content management systems.
