Cloud Senior Service Engineer

Description:

We are looking for an experienced VAS / Cloud Senior Service Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure, NFVI environments, service quality, KPIs, and operational performance within a telecom managed services environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Cloud Infrastructure and NFVI platforms
• Monitor service and network quality, performance, and capacity
• Analyze KPIs, SLA compliance, and failure trends
• Drive optimization, automation, and service improvement initiatives
• Support cloud operations, hardware troubleshooting, and service restoration
• Conduct performance analysis, reporting, and acceptance testing
• Act as a technical authority and support cross-functional teams

🧠 Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Telecom Operations & Maintenance
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson Cloud Solutions: NFVi, CNIS, CEE, CCD, SDI, SDN & Ericsson Orchestrator
• Strong knowledge of OpenStack, Kubernetes, Linux Administration, and Cloud Operations
• Experience with WRMS, VAS platforms, SMS, and Bulk Messaging systems
• Hands-on experience with Grafana, Shell Scripting, and Automation tools
• Strong IP and Network knowledge
• Previous Technical Lead experience is highly preferred
