Rema Industrial Company is seeking a Collection Officer to manage customer accounts, ensure timely payments, and support our finance operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with the sales and finance teams regarding overdue accounts.
• Resolve billing issues and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Prepare collection reports and provide regular updates to management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in collection, accounting, or customer account management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
