Commercial Manager

Description:

Establish overall commercial platform for the cluster, maintain adequate operation rhythm for the function in close collaboration with other stakeholders such as sales, installation, service, legal and finance.

• Manage commercial aspects of the operations including contractual, scheduling, billing, labor, analysis of costs
• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial plans and programs to support sales and profitability related objectives of the company
• Establish strategic commercial plans for the company services and products setting them to achieve desired goals
• Work closely with the installation team to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the financial guidelines and ensure that the company sales practices are in compliance with them
• Guide the preparation of the commercial activities reports and present them to management
