Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide L1/L2 support for end-users (hardware, OS, applications, peripherals)
✅ Install, configure & upgrade OS, software, and patches
✅ Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN issues
✅ Handle imaging, backup & recovery, preventive maintenance
✅ Maintain IT asset inventory & ensure IT security compliance

Skills & Qualifications

🔹 Mandatory – CompTIA A+ Certification
🔹 Strong knowledge of hardware, Windows/Linux/macOS, and peripherals
🔹 Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS/DHCP
🔹 Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
🔹 Preferred: CompTIA Network+/Security+ or Microsoft certifications
