Requirements:
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
▪️ Certified PMP is mandatory.
▪️ 25+ years of experience in large-scale building construction projects.
▪️ Previous experience in Saudi Arabia with Tier 1 contractors or Giga Projects.
▪️ Proven experience managing a portfolio of projects valued at over SAR 600 million.
▪️ Strong expertise in P&L, Cash Flow, Cost Control, Risk Management, and Contract Negotiations.
