Contracts & Claims Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Contracts & Claims Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This is a key leadership role within a major construction company operating in large-scale infrastructure and civil projects across the Kingdom.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all contractual matters related to ongoing and upcoming projects.

Analyze, draft, and negotiate contracts and subcontracts (FIDIC knowledge is a plus).

Prepare and evaluate claims (EOT, cost, scope changes) and support dispute resolution.

Collaborate closely with legal, technical, and project teams to ensure contract compliance.

Identify contractual risks and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate them.

Handle correspondence with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all contract and claims issues.

📌 Requirements:

Minimum 20 years of experience in contracts and claims management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience with FIDIC contracts and claims handling in large-scale projects.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Currently based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate.
